Medical-grade skincare products contain active ingredients formulated to deliver clinical results and may only be sold under the supervision of a licensed professional.


By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:

You have received proper guidance by our licensed provider (if required).

You understand the intended use and possible reactions associated with these products.


Always follow the usage instructions provided by your skincare professional or as directed on the packaging.

If you experience any irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact our office with any questions or concerns.

No Return / No Exchange Policy


For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any skincare products—whether opened or unopened.


This policy ensures product integrity and customer safety, as we cannot restock or resell items that have left our facility.


Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:


You received an incorrect product due to our fulfillment error.

Defective upon arrival.

If either applies, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Shipping & Delivery Issues


Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by the carrier.
